Atachy Acceptable Use Policy

1. Minimum age

You must be at least 18 years old to use Atachy. You may not create an account or use Atachy if you are under 18. Atachy asks for your date of birth at sign-up, and a date of birth under 18 cannot create an account. If Atachy confirms that an account belongs to someone under 18, it closes the account.

2. What you may not do

You may not use Atachy to:

1. Violate any law or regulation.
2. Misrepresent your age, identity, or affiliation.
3. Impersonate another person.
4. Harass, stalk, threaten, intimidate, exploit, or abuse another person.
5. Aid, abet, or encourage anyone else to abuse, harass, stalk, threaten, or exploit another person.
6. Commit, threaten, promote, or encourage sexual violence, including sexual assault, rape, or any other sexual act or contact without consent.
7. Promote or facilitate violence.
8. Engage in, facilitate, or promote human trafficking, including sex trafficking and any other sexual exploitation of any person.
9. Use Atachy to facilitate trafficking, exploitation, prostitution, or another unlawful commercial sexual activity.
10. Solicit money through fraud, deception, romance scams, or similar conduct.
11. Post or transmit unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, hateful, threatening, harassing, or exploitative content.
12. Post child sexual abuse material or other sexual content involving a minor.
13. Post or send nudity or sexually explicit content anywhere on Atachy, including in your profile, photos, voice prompts, messages, and conversations with the AI coach. This applies even if the other person agrees.
14. Seek, offer, or arrange sexual encounters, sexting, or any other sexually-driven interaction on Atachy. Atachy is for dating and relationships.
15. Distribute nonconsensual intimate material.
16. Upload or distribute content that infringes another person's intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or other rights.
17. Upload another person's private communications without authority.
18. Scrape, harvest, crawl, or systematically extract Service data without written authorization.
19. Use bots, automated accounts, or unauthorized automated access.
20. Reverse engineer or interfere with the Service except where applicable law expressly permits.
21. Circumvent blocks, reports, access controls, rate limits, account restrictions, or safety features.
22. Introduce malware or attempt unauthorized access.
23. Use the Service for unsolicited commercial solicitation.
24. Collect information about another user for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.
25. Encourage another person to violate the Terms or this Policy.

3. Enforcement

Breaking this Policy breaks the Terms of Service. Atachy may investigate suspected violations and may remove content, limit functionality, suspend accounts, terminate accounts, or take other reasonable enforcement action (Terms, Sections 11 and 15). Atachy is not obligated to monitor every user, message, item of content, AI coach interaction, or interaction between users.

4. Reporting

If you see something that breaks this Policy, report it from the person's profile or from your conversation with them.

5. Changes

Atachy may change this Policy in the same way it may change the Terms (Terms, Section 22).
