Your rights as an Atachy member

1. Cancel within 3 business days for a full refund. Cancel a new paid membership within 3 business days of purchase, with no fee: Settings → Subscription → Cancel and get a full refund. Your payment is returned within 10 business days.

2. Cancel anytime after that. Settings → Subscription. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.

3. Put your membership on hold for up to one year. Settings → Subscription → Put on hold. You aren't charged while on hold, and your profile is hidden from discovery. Resume anytime. If you don't resume within a year, your membership ends, with no charge.

4. No membership costs more than $1,000 or lasts more than two years. Our longest plan is 6 months, and you see the price before you buy.

5. You never have to buy anything else to get a membership.

6. If you move: Atachy works anywhere in the United States, so moving doesn't affect your membership. If you move outside the US, you can cancel or put your membership on hold.

7. Fraud notices: if we ban someone you've been in contact with because they used a false identity or may try to get money through fraud, we'll tell you within 24 hours.

8. Safety notices: if we ban someone you've been in contact with for threats or sexual violence, we'll tell you.

9. You have the right to take legal action if we don't honor these rights.
